Welcome to DiVenn 2.0
Divenn 1.2)
DiVenn can help you visualize and compare your gene lists from different experiments. It currently accepts
two-column tab-delimited expression data and user-defined custom data. The following new functions have been
added in DiVenn2:
-
Show the number of common and unique genes between experimental comparisons in the DiVenn graph
-
Change the color and shape of nodes
-
New species supported for gene analysis (now 23 species in total), including lesser-model species
-
Visualize custom data if species of interest are not supported in DiVenn
-
Support for a new ID type: Ensembl IDs, NCBI/Entrez, Uniprot
-
Right-click options for each gene group to generate gene group details tables
-
KEGG pathway and GO enrichment tables
-
Gene ontology details and GO enrichment details tables
-
Visualizations for GO enrichment and KEGG enrichment analyses
